New team member - Josh Stunell

We are pleased to welcome Josh Stunell to the Summit Recruitment team where he will be working in the IT contract and permanent area.

Josh brings years of valuable recruitment experience having worked for many years in the Tourism and Leisure sector recruiting for market leaders such as Bourne Leisure, TUI, Park Resorts, Parkdean, Fitness First, Park Holidays and Kingswood Learning & Leisure.

Josh’s spare time is taken up with running a successful adults football team, and Devon county’s u16’s football team. Josh is also a keen sea angler and is often fishing off one of our many beautiful beaches, with his children.

Feel free to contact Josh if you are looking for a new job within the IT sector, or indeed if you as a client have any requirements for IT resource.

Summit C# Developers Exeter Social Group

Hi, my name is Lee Hawker and I have been with Summit Recruitment for the past three years. In that time I have become the C# specialist recruiter, concentrating in the Southwest with both contract and permanent vacancies.

On Tuesday 22nd November I held the inaugural meeting of the Summit C# Developers Social group at The Countess Wear in Exeter. The meeting was a success and it raised the opportunity to meet with local developers and talk through all things development. The premise behind the meetings is to be an open forum for developers to meet and talk through their experiences and offer advice, tips and tricks on development. It's not all about work though; there is the chance to talk through anything you wish!

The next meeting is taking place on at 17:30 on Thursday 2^nd February 2012, at The Countess Wear in Exeter. Feel free to come along and meet with us.

Ask for Summit at the bar and they will direct you to the right place!

Wow what a fantastic week of weather we have had, and set to stay fair for the weekend. One of the joys of living and working in the South West.
